I am a fully qualified and insured Beauty Therapist, Holistic Therapist & Nail Technician with over 20 years’ experience. I specialise in natural nail enhancements, nail extensions & nail art.

Although I am trained in all areas of Beauty Therapy, Massage, Reflexology & Indian Head Massage, over the years I have migrated back towards my passion and I now only specialise in Nail Treatments.

I am a member of The Guild of Nail Technicians, one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for Nail Technicians. I hold full insurance with HISCOX Ltd.

Natalie’s Nails is a home based nail salon based in Hockley, Essex. It is here that I am able to provide a professional, reliable nail services within a cosy & friendly atmosphere.

Cancellation Policy

At Natalie’s Nails we have a 24 hour and 48 hours cancellation policy. Our policy applies to all appointments booked.

Any cancellation or reschedule requests.

Within 48 hours of your booking will result in a £10 administration fee.

The day before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the full appointment amount.

On the date of your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the full appointment amount.

No Shows

Any ‘no show’ appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment price. This payment will be required before a new booking is made.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel future treatments at the salon if appointments are continually missed/changed without notice.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late please call and let us know ASAP. Clients arriving late may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. We will always do our best to accommodate however any appointments 15 minutes late or more may not be able to go ahead.
